FIrst floor terrace
There is a sun terrace leading from the landing on the first floor of the villa, with wooden decking, glass railings, seating and room for sun beds. The terrace has spectacular views of the mountains and valley. The villa is very private and peaceful and is not overlooked.
Main terrace
There is a large covered terrace off the main living room in the villa with table and chairs seating up to 14 people. Below that next to the pool terrace there is a seating area with sofas and tables. The swimming pool has a small shallow seating pool adjoined to it. Both pools can be heated in cooler months. The huge pool terrace can accomodate 14 sunbeds including a covered wooden day bed which has beautiful views of the monuntains. It has an outdoor shower and all outdoor pool towels are provided.
Next to the dining area inside the villa there is a futher outdooor seating area.
Middle terrace
The middle terrace, which also has the glass fronted internal bar, has a large outside kitchen with barbecues, a dining area seating up to 14 people and a sunken seating area surrounding a large firepit. The gardens are well kept and attractive. There is an additional WC on this level.
Lower terrace
This is for parking and there are further gardens including a vegetable garden. The property benefits from an electronic gate to provide security and privacy.
